Appearance:      Granular, black powder. Sublimed appears as deep black crystals reaching 5 mm dimensions. Thin films (<5  micras) appear dark red-brown.

Pure C₇₀ is similarly isolated as C₆₀ from the mixed fullerene extract (typically <20% C₇₀). HPLC analysis is included with sample and indicates the presence of all fullerenes including parent oxides.

The main fullerene impurity is C₆₀.

Samples are vacuum-dried to remove residual solvent. Typically, the hydrocarbon content is < 0.25%.

Pure sublimed crystalline powders and thin films are available to meet the stringent absolute purity requirements for solid-state research. Hydrocarbon content typically <0.01.
